Cooking according to your taste and preferences, having fun while implementing healthy lifestyle, preparing a few meals in advance, and dividing the cost of purchases, according to the recipes, by the number of participants.

and we would like to know if you are interested in this.

If a minimum of 2 (to 6) persons would like to cook with an animator once a month,

this is all it takes!

Dear faithful friends of our community activities,

To collaborate with efforts across Quebec,

to avoid as far as possible the spread of the virus

COVID-19 to unaffected areas,

several of our regular activities are suspended, cancelled or postponed as of Monday, March 16,

for a period of 2 weeks to 30 days, according to the evolution of the situation, the nature and importance of the activities.
